End-of-Life Care

Would your loved ones know what to do if you were seriously injured or became seriously ill? Have you made your wishes clear?

The Diocese of Portland has developed an End of Life Care packet to assist Catholics and their families. The packet includes information about an Advance Health Care Directive, also known as a Living Will, and about establishing a power of attorney for health care.

All the material contained has been reviewed and approved for consistency with Catholic teachings and state laws.
